This intensive 4-day course draws on more than twenty-five years of experience with zygomatic implants in rehabilitating the extremely resorbed maxilla, according to the Zygoma Anatomy Approach (ZAGA) by Dr. Carlos Aparicio.
It also includes a pterygoid implants module with Dr. Khaled Zoud (ZAGA Center Sydney) and a digital prosthetic workflow module with Dr. Fadi Yassmin (ZAGA Center Sydney). Both zygomatic and pterygoid implant techniques will be practiced through implant placement sessions using dental 3D models and cryopreserved heads.
Our course is tailored for surgeons who want to see more complex cases and want to learn the evidence-based ZAGA method. The benefits and limitations of different surgical techniques, including intra and extra-sinus approaches, will be discussed.
