The Cusp Collective is an initiative established by Dr. Tiffany Chen during her periodontics residency. Its purpose is to empower women in dentistry through enhancing leadership strengths and fostering meaningful connections. Having long been acutely aware of the various challenges women face in society, she saw the need for an inclusive space offering quality knowledge to help women thrive in their dental lives and beyond.
